We have a Limited collection. Exchange and return might not be possible in every case. The availability of the product and its rarity will determine the availability. If a product is available, exchange and return might be possible.

Returns: We only accept returns & refunds on our products if you received a damaged product from our end, or in case of fulfillment errors
from our end (such as incorrectly shipped products/sizes or missing items).

Exchange: In case of a sizing issue, we will exchange your product for the required size. We will provide a store credit upon return if we don't have the requested size in stock. Please refer to our size chart for confirmation on
sizes before ordering. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is always available on Instagram or WhatsApp.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unused with a tag, and in its original packaging.

There are two ways to return the product to us.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service, You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: if we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such case, we will credit the shipping cost in the form of a coupon for future purchases on the site, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared a copy of the courier receipt with us.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed within 2 -9 business days, and will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make It right.
